Employees of some airlines have the privilege of occasionally bringing friends or relatives on service flights. Guests are then accommodated in China at the crew hotel.
Applicants traveling to China as guests of a crew member usually cannot present a hotel or flight booking. Instead, they require an invitation from the crew member who is taking them on the trip. The invitation must include the dates of the outbound and return flights, as well as the address of the crew hotel. A copy of the crew member's service ID must be attached to the invitation.
If you are an airline employee wishing to use this arrangement, we can send you a template for such an invitation via email. order a template for an invitation
Travelers who reach China as guests of airline employees must return with the inviting person and are not permitted to stay outside of the crew hotel.
