ONLINE APPLICATION FOR CONCIERGE SERVICE

To apply for the Concierge Service, we require the following documents:

Passport copy (main double page). The passport must be valid for at least 6 more months,
A current, biometric passport photo (not older than 6 months),
Application form (assistance or online form from the Chinese Visa Office in London),
Privacy statement from the Chinese Visa Office in (download here: Privacy Statement),
Required documents and the company invitation can be uploaded directly in the form or sent later via email,

The Concierge Service costs £650 (in advance, including all fees and VAT).

Application documents that are incomplete or incorrectly filled may incur additional costs. We will inform you about this if necessary. Refunds for the Concierge Service fees are not possible.

Payment can be made conveniently Online or by real-time Bank transfer.

If you pay online/by credit card, the receipt is automatically transmitted to us.

Please note that the processing time starts only after the fingerprints have been submitted. Only working days (Monday to Friday) are considered, during which the visa office is open and not closed due to holidays or vacations. For professions in the fields of arts/media/religion and for some nationalities, an additional review by the consulate may be required, which typically delays the processing by a few days.
