Archive Service
Your core data securely stored for future applications
Our Archive Service stores your core visa data securely so that future applications require only current documents. This saves time, reduces repeated admin, and supports a more consistent process for frequent travelers and returning clients.
The Archive Service: Optimize Future Visa Applications
In international travel, speed and consistency matter. This service is designed to reduce repetitive admin work and support a smoother application workflow each time you apply.
How It Works
We store your "core data": essential, less time-sensitive documents that are commonly required in visa applications, such as passport bio page copies, birth certificates, long-term employment contracts, or residence registration documents.
Your Practical Benefits
- Major time savings: You avoid repeatedly collecting and preparing the same standard documents.
- Focus on current items only: You submit only time-dependent documents, such as recent flight bookings, current bank statements, or invitation letters.
- Ideal for frequent travelers and companies: Faster repeat workflows and fewer input errors over time.
We create a digital bridge between your past and future visa applications so you can focus on travel planning, not repeated paperwork.
Legal Notice and Data Protection (UK GDPR)
Data security and confidentiality are high-priority obligations in this service model.
Storage, Purpose Limitation, and Confidentiality
- Strict purpose limitation (Art. 5(1)(b) UK GDPR): archived records are used only to simplify future visa applications submitted through our company.
- Confidential handling: records are protected through technical and organizational controls, including encryption and controlled access.
- Retention period (Art. 5(1)(e) UK GDPR): records are retained only as long as necessary, typically up to 36 months after your last visa application unless you provide explicit written consent for longer retention.
Your Rights as a Data Subject (Art. 12 onwards UK GDPR)
- Access (Art. 15 UK GDPR): request confirmation and copies of stored personal data.
- Rectification (Art. 16 UK GDPR): request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure (Art. 17 UK GDPR): request deletion, subject to legal retention duties.
- Restriction (Art. 18 UK GDPR): request limited processing in eligible cases.
Important Limitation
The Archive Service is an organizational support tool only. It does not provide any guarantee of visa approval. Final decisions are always made by the relevant embassy, consulate, or authority.
