What data is transmitted?

We process contact and apply details, visa application information, identification and passport data, photographs and uploaded documents, occupation and family details, travel plans, order and payment status, support communications, and technical security records where needed to provide and protect the service. Information submitted through our online service is stored in our Odoo application and associated document storage while we process the order. It may also be present in controlled backups for a limited period.

We share application information with the relevant visa, immigration or diplomatic authority and with service providers that support hosting, communications, payment, document handling or delivery where this is necessary for the service. Depending on the purpose, we rely on performance of our contract or steps requested before contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating, securing and defending the service, and consent where the law requires it.

We keep each category only for as long as necessary for application handling, customer support, accounting and legal duties, fraud and security work, backups and the establishment or defence of claims. Retention is managed under our operational retention policy and applicable legal obligations.

Information, Modification, and Deletion

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where UK data protection law provides those rights. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Data Security

Our online service uses access-controlled Odoo application and document storage hosted on infrastructure operated for us, including Hetzner-hosted server resources. Access is limited to authorised users according to their work responsibilities. Data is encrypted in transit where supported.

Our Websites

Our web servers and security systems record technical request and error information needed to operate, protect and diagnose the service. Strictly necessary session and security technologies may be used without optional analytics consent.

Plausible Analytics provides aggregate website-usage measurements without setting analytics cookies. It is used to understand page visits and traffic sources without creating cross-site advertising profiles.

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 is used to understand how visitors use this website, including page views, session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish visits. We use this information to improve site content and performance; it is not required to browse the site or submit a visa application.
