Rejection Guarantee
Guarantee terms for visa service fee reimbursement
The Rejection Guarantee is optional and must be selected during application. If all eligibility conditions are met, reimbursement may be made for the service fee only, subject to the terms below.
Section 1: Scope of the Guarantee
This guarantee applies only to our visa support service fee. It is limited to refusals not caused by factors within the applicant's control and not excluded under these terms.
Section 2: Exclusions (No Reimbursement Claim)
If any item below applies, no reimbursement claim arises.
Applicant-Side Reasons and Cooperation Duties
- Incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or falsified documentation: submitted records are missing, inaccurate, expired, or fraudulent.
- Failure to cooperate: required follow-up documents or information are not provided after explicit written request, or not provided in time.
- Refusal to cooperate with authority follow-up: non-cooperation in interviews or refusal clarification process.
- Independent or non-compliant filing: application filed outside our process or contrary to required formal steps.
Refusal Reasons Outside Service Control
- Prior refusal history: applicant already had a refusal in the destination country before using our service.
- Subjective authority criteria: refusal based on travel purpose credibility, finances, return intention, or migration concerns.
- Personal circumstances: refusal linked to factors arising or discovered after service start, for example criminal records, severe illness, change in family status, or interview conduct.
- Force majeure or policy change: refusal resulting from sovereign decisions, policy change, war, natural disaster, or similar events beyond our control.
Section 3: Reimbursement Scope
- Service fee only: reimbursement is limited to the service fee paid to us.
- Third-party costs excluded: no reimbursement for embassy or consular fees, visa center fees (including VFS-type fees), translation and legalization costs, insurance premiums, travel costs, or administrative expenses.
- Tax treatment: reimbursement may be adjusted for VAT where VAT has already been remitted.
Section 4: Claim Procedure
- Claim deadline: submit your claim in writing (email or registered post) within 30 calendar days from receipt of the official refusal notice.
- Required document: attach a full copy of the official refusal decision.
- Review process: we review eligibility under these terms and confirm the outcome in writing.
Section 5: Final Provisions
- Applicable law: the laws of England and Wales apply.
- Jurisdiction: the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction where legally permissible, without limiting mandatory statutory consumer protections.

This guarantee does not promise visa approval. All visa decisions are made solely by the competent authorities.
