Thailand Long-Stay Annual Visa
Reside in Thailand for up to 365 Days.
If you're looking to stay longer in Thailand, you can apply through us for a Long-Stay Annual Visa (Non-Immigrant Visa OA). This visa is issued to applicants over 50 years of age and is valid for one year. Holders must report to the Immigration Office every 90 days.
Since November 22, 2021, only electronic Thailand visas (ETA) are issued. Original passports are no longer required; a high-quality scan is sufficient.
Required Documents (JPG or PDF)

Passport Scan: Main photo page, valid for at least 6 months.

Passport Photo: Current biometric colored photo (not older than 6 months).

Financial Proof: Pension statement of at least £1,700 net/mo OR bank statements (last 3 mos) with £20,000 balance each.

Health Insurance: Must cover entire stay with $100,000+ medical coverage (incl. COVID-19). Proof in English.If insurance is not Thai, a "Foreign Insurance Certificate" template is required (contact us).

Proof of Residence: Current registration certificate or ID card copy to determine consular district.

Processing Time
Please note: Processing time only includes business days (Monday to Friday) when the respective visa office / embassy is open (i.e., not when closed due to holidays or public holidays).
