- Travel document valid for at least three months after the eVisa expires
- Readable scan of the travel document photo page
- Email address for communication

Required Documents

Eligibility	The issuing country must be one of the 87 countries on the official list checked on 16 July 2026
Travel document	Issuing country, document type, number, issue/expiry dates and a readable photo-page scan
Applicant	Personal, address, occupation and contact details matching the travel document
Stay	Arrival date and accommodation address in Azerbaijan
Purpose	The tourist, business or medical-treatment purpose selected in the order

Temporary visa-free entries

Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia are visa-free for three entries from 15 February 2026 to 15 February 2027. Japan and the Republic of Korea have the same three-entry exemption from 1 July 2026 to 1 July 2027. The official portal says a visa is required on the fourth entry.
