Since 2016, Canada has allowed citizens from the UK and other eligible countries to enter with an electronic travel authorization (eTA). This system significantly simplifies travel preparations, requiring only a simple online registration.

What is an eTA?
The eTA is your digital ticket to Canada and remains valid for five years from the date of issue.
