Entry routes for British travellers
Check current GOV.UK Belarus entry requirements before planning travel. FCDO advises against all travel to Belarus.
The announced visa-free arrangement for eligible British nationals runs until 31 December 2026: up to 30 days per visit, limited to 90 days in a calendar year. Diplomatic and official passports are excluded.
The visa-free arrangement does not apply to direct travel from or to Russia. Longer stays require the appropriate visa. Confirm your exact itinerary with the Belarusian authorities.
