For applications submitted later, the visa will be ready within two working days. To ensure your China Express Visa application arrives on time, we recommend sending it via DHL Express with scheduled delivery for 9 AM. Please note that only fully completed applications can be processed. Additionally, business invitations (for business visas) or private invitations and flight and hotel bookings (for tourist visas) must be correct to qualify for the Urgent Service.Feel free to send us your invitation in advance by email to info[at]1avisas.co.uk. We offer a free preliminary review of your documents. You can also request a template for a properly formatted invitation from us at no cost, available in both English and Chinese.
According to a new regulation by the Chinese government, effective from 8th August 2023, fingerprint submission is no longer required by the end of the year for the following visa categories for single or double entry: business visas (M), tourist and visitor visas (L), family member visas (Q2), crew visas (C), and transit visas (G).
This means that all applicants can send us their original documents without the need for personal attendance. Fingerprint submission is still mandatory for multiple entry visas.
All applicants for a Chinese visa aged between 14 and 69 must appear in person at the Chinese Visa Application Centre to submit their fingerprints. In the UK, applicants can provide their fingerprints at designated visa application centers located in London. To ensure the application is processed efficiently, it is essential that fingerprints are taken in the city where the application is submitted. We promptly review all visa applications upon receipt and will finalize them in consultation with you. Following this, we will coordinate an appointment for fingerprint submission. The fingerprints then remain valid for any subsequent visa applications made within the next five years, provided the same passport is used. Please note that the processing time for your visa application only begins once your fingerprints have been submitted.
