Fingerprint policy: single- and double-entry applications are often temporarily exempt from biometric submission in eligible categories. Multiple-entry cases usually still require fingerprints. Where biometrics are required, applicants aged 14-69 must attend in person at the visa centre used for filing.
If you hold an earlier Chinese visa in the same passport with previously captured fingerprints, a re-submission may be waived in some scenarios depending on visa centre policy and category. We confirm this case-by-case before booking.
