e-Arrival Card: Mandatory from 1 October 2025; complete within 72 hours before each entry.

Ministry Approval: Political clearance from the Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).
Arrival & Preparation
The conference visa can be applied for up to four months before entry. Ensure all clearances are obtained by your host before beginning the online application to avoid rejection.
